Come experience the best service in the Finger Lakes at Canandaigua Boatworks! Our storage facilities are secure and will keep your boat safe and well-protected from the elements. All of our storage customers receive a complimentary cleaning in the spring, free haul out from Canandaigua Lake, free initial spring launch on Canandaigua Lake and free summer trailer storage. If you don't have a trailer, no problem! We will haul out your boat on a hydraulic lift and store the boat on stands for the winter.

Our prices for all winterization services include a complimentary summerization to get your boat ready the following spring.

Pickup and delivery on Canandaigua Lake is available for an additional charge (each way).

ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

- Winter Storage - September 16, 2024 to May 16, 2025.
- I hereby authorize the work described on this order form to be performed by Canandaigua Boatworks, including the purchase and, if applicable, installation of all necessary materials. I hereby grant Canandaigua Boatworks permission to operate the boat, motor(s) and trailer (on water and/or over the road) as necessary for the purpose of said work (including testing and/or inspection).
- Canandaigua Boatworks shall have a lien on my boat, motor, and trailer, and all personal property located therein, to secure any and all charges for parts, materials, labor or other fees charged by Canandaigua Boatworks to perform the work described herein, which lienshall remain in force and effect until payment in full is made. I acknowledge this lien gives Canandaigua Boatworks the right to possession of my property until payment in full.
- I release and hold harmless Canandaigua Boatworks from any costs, damages or expenses arising from any loss or damage to said boat, motor(s), trailer, and any contents therein, resulting from vandalism, theft, fire, wind, rain, ice, part failure, collision, damage from animals of any kind, act of God or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Canandaigua Boatworks. Without limiting the foregoing, Canandaigua Boatworks is not responsible for loss or theft of any personal belongings, and is not responsible for any animal, mold or mildew damages. I understand it is my responsibility to maintain a valid marine insurance policy including liability coverage on all personal property stored with Canandaigua Boatworks, and that I shall look solely to such insurance to cover any such damages.
- A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances not paid within 30 days of invoice date.
- I agree to be personally responsible for all attorney fees incurred by Canandaigua Boatworks to collect any outstanding balances due.
- Without limiting the release and hold harmless clause above, I agree that Canandaigua Boatworks is not liable or responsible in any manner for freezing damage caused to my boat, motor(s) and/or trailer made available for pick-up or dropped off after the first freeze of the season. The first freeze of a season is any air temperature in the region under 32°F.
- Winterization of all engines, components and accessories cooled or operated by fresh water is mandatory for all boats stored by Canandaigua Boatworks.
- No customers, independent contractors, service organizations or outside individuals will be allowed to perform work or enter any storage or service facility owned or operated by Canandaigua Boatworks without the prior consent of Canandaigua Boatworks, in its sole discretion.
- All boats must be picked up by the end of the storage contract. I agree to notify Canandaigua Boatworks promptly if additional an additional storage period is required, and acknowledge that an additional storage fee may be imposed.
- I will pick my boat up within 10 days from notice of completion of any winterization. If my order includes winter storage, I agree that once I schedule a pickup date in the spring, I will pick up my boat within 10 days of completion of any summerization. I acknowledge that if I fail to pick up my boat within said timeframe, I will be charged a storage fee of $30 per day. Additionally, I acknowledge that I will be charged a $50 fee if either my key or battery is not present in the vessel at the time of winterization.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions provided here and authorize the above work to be done along with the necessary material, and hereby grant our permission to operate the unit(s) as necessary for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.
